Why Green Homes?

Green homes use less energy and water than traditional homes, resulting in lower utility bills for the homeowner. In addition, more durable materials result in lower operation and maintenance costs throughout the lifetime of the home. Because of improved indoor air quality, Build San Antonio Green homes are more healthful to live in. According to CPS Energy's figures, the entry-level Build San Antonio Green® home is 40% more efficient than the average San Antonio home.
